Tried to exchange my order. just annoying. Replies were slow. Instructions weren’t clear. They kept asking for the same info over and over. Took way too long. Still not properly sorted. I don’t think I’d order from tiktoktopdeals.com again after this

I was totally calm about it, obviously, but once I got to the payment page, something just felt off. There wasn’t much info there, and it didn’t really give me that safe, secure checkout feeling. Maybe it’s completely fine, who knows, but I didn’t feel great about putting my card details in, so I backed out

I actually liked the selection and the site was easy to browse, but the checkout experience was a mess. My payment failed twice, and somehow I still got charged, which was really frustrating. Customer support may be able to sort it out, but it left a bad impression and I’m not sure I’d use it again.

I tried a few discounts and some of them worked just fine, but a couple of the codes were already dead by the time I used them. So yeah, it’s not awful or anything, just a bit of a mixed bag. I’d still look there for deals, but don’t go in thinking every single one is gonna work.

I ordered from tiktoktopdeals.com and the tracking was better than I expected?? It updated whenever the package moved, and the delivery estimate was only off by about a day. Not totally perfect, but at least I wasn’t sitting there wondering where my order disappeared to?? Overall, decent experience.

"Should’ve trusted my gut"
I ordered from tiktoktopdeals.com i wish I had trusted my instinct. Everything seemed fine before I paid, but once I needed help with my order, support was useless. I emailed them and the replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like they were helpful until they got my money, then not so much. I’m still waiting for an actual fix, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I gave tiktoktopdeals.com a look because I figured the prices might be a bit better, but a lot of the stuff seemed about the same as other places I usually check, maybe even a little higher here and there. A few deals looked decent at first, but once I compared them, the savings weren’t really anything major. The site itself is easy to browse and all that, but price-wise it didn’t really stand out for me. I’d probably only use it after checking a few other sites first

I had to return one item from TikTok Top Deals because I ordered the wrong size. The return form was straightforward, and they got back to me after about a day. I was going to say it was quick, well, not exactly quick, but totally reasonable.

The refund showed up a few days after they received the package back. I do wish they sent a couple more email updates along the way, just so I wasn’t wondering where things stood, but overall the return went smoothly and wasn’t a hassle.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: I grabbed one of their deals, but the delivery took way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. It did eventually show up, but definitely not when they said it would. If you need something by a certain date, I’d be careful...

"Packaging was disappointing"
So, my order showed up, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box was a little crushed, and the tape looked like it was basically barely hanging on. Luckily, the item itself was fine, but it really didn’t feel like it was protected well at all. For the price, I guess I just expected better packing. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I’d probably be nervous ordering anything fragile from here.

I was actually happy with how the search filters worked. I could narrow things down fast, and I liked that the little details showed up clearly, like price ranges and the deal labels. I found a few good deals quicker than I expected without having to scroll forever.
